Testing and Finished-Product Release
Finished-product inspection answers whether a masterbatch batch meets its defined release requirements. Customer application testing answers whether that grade performs correctly in the customer's resin, equipment and final product.
Release Items Follow the Supplied Grade
XINYU defines inspection items according to the product and its control purpose. These may include identity, appearance, pellet condition, flow or moisture-related fields, mineral direction, dispersion or filtration response, packaging and batch information.
01
Inspection Results Determine Batch Status
The required checks are completed and recorded before the finished batch is released. Material without a confirmed release status does not proceed as normal finished supply.
02
Application Tests Confirm the Customer's Use
Film, raffia, injection, sheet, blow-molding, nonwoven and recycling processes require different evidence. The customer's trial therefore checks both line behavior and the properties of the actual finished product.
03
Documents Refer to the Material Supplied
When agreed, product information, SDS and batch documents are issued for the specific grade and supply stage so the document reference remains connected to the material received.
04
Request Grade and Batch Documents
Provide the product title or grade, application and request stage so XINYU can identify the relevant document set.
