Batch Traceability from Production to Shipment
XINYU assigns product, grade and batch identification so supplied masterbatch can be connected to its manufacturing, inspection, packaging and shipment records. The same reference helps customers control receiving, storage and production use.
A Batch Reference Is Created for the Supplied Material
The product and grade are linked to a batch reference used on the production, inspection and packaging records required for that supply.
01
Records Remain Connected through Release and Shipment
The batch reference allows XINYU to identify the related manufacturing activity, finished-product status, packaging identification and shipment information retained for the order.
02
Customers Can Preserve the Same Reference
At receiving, customers can record product name, grade, batch, quantity and packaging condition, then keep that identity through storage and production issue.
03
Quality Concerns Can Be Investigated against a Defined Batch
When a concern is reported, the customer provides the batch reference with samples, photographs and process information. XINYU uses that reference to retrieve and review the relevant records.
04
Discuss Traceability Requirements
Share the grade, order stage and receiving or traceability fields you require so both sides can keep a consistent batch reference.
