Production and Process Control
XINYU controls masterbatch production through defined instructions and recorded process stages. These controls connect the grade ordered by the customer with the materials, equipment and production activity used for its batch.
Production Starts from a Released Instruction
Before the batch starts, XINYU confirms the product grade, released raw materials, weighing status, equipment condition and line-clearance status required for production.
01
Key Compounding Stages Are Monitored
Operators monitor the defined feeding, mixing, extrusion, filtration, pelletizing, cooling and screening conditions. Abnormal pressure, material flow, pellet shape, contamination or equipment status is identified and handled before release.
02
Finished Material Remains under Batch Control
After pelletizing, the material is screened, inspected and assigned batch identification. Packaging begins after the required status is confirmed, and the batch remains controlled until finished-product release.
03
What This Means for the Customer
The supplied grade can be connected to a production batch and its related records. This gives receiving inspection, repeat orders and quality investigations a clear reference.
04
Discuss Production Requirements
Share any grade-specific process, packaging or inspection requirement before the order so it can be reviewed against the planned supply route.
