Quality Management for Reliable Masterbatch Supply

XINYU manages quality across raw materials, manufacturing, finished-product inspection, equipment status, batch traceability and customer feedback. The product released for shipment must match the defined grade and remain traceable after delivery.

Incoming Materials Are Checked before Use

XINYU checks raw-material identity, lot information, packaging condition and the inspection items defined for the material. Only material with an accepted status enters the planned production route.

Production Is Controlled by Grade and Batch

Weighing, mixing, compounding, filtration, pelletizing, cooling, screening and packaging follow the instruction for the grade being produced. Process records preserve the batch reference and relevant operating information.

Finished Masterbatch Is Inspected before Release

XINYU completes the finished-product checks defined for the supplied grade. The batch is released for shipment only after the required inspection result and status are confirmed.

Production and Inspection Equipment Are Managed Separately

Production equipment is maintained and checked for operating condition. Inspection and measurement equipment is calibrated or verified, identified by status and supported by records.

Batch Records Support Traceability and Investigation

Product and batch identification connects production, inspection, packaging and shipment information. When a customer reports a concern, XINYU uses the batch reference, sample and process details to investigate the relevant records.
