Packaging, Storage and Delivery Control
Packaging must preserve product condition and identification after release. XINYU checks the confirmed grade, quantity, packaging and shipment instruction before dispatch and keeps the batch reference visible for customer receiving control.
Packaging Protects Product and Identity
Released masterbatch is packed to reduce exposure to moisture, contamination, bag damage and loss of identification during normal storage and transport. The packaging configuration follows the confirmed product and order.
01
Dry Storage Preserves Processing Condition
Keep bags sealed, clean and dry, away from water, condensation, direct heat and physical damage. Reseal partial bags promptly, especially for moisture-control masterbatch.
02
The Shipment Is Checked against the Order
Before dispatch, XINYU checks the product, grade, quantity, packaging and delivery instruction and prepares the agreed shipment identification and documents.
03
Receiving Inspection Protects Both Parties
Customers should inspect package condition, product name, grade, batch and quantity on arrival and report transport damage or identification differences before material is mixed into production.
04
Request Packaging and Delivery Information
Provide the grade, order quantity, destination and document requirement so the confirmed supply information can be reviewed before shipment.
