What This Application Requires
Clean and Stable Tape Extrusion
Consistent feeding, controlled pressure, suitable filtration and clean slit edges reduce avoidable break sources before the tape reaches the drawing section.
A Usable Drawing Window
Quench condition, oven temperature, draw ratio, roller speed and tension must form the target tape without excessive fibrillation, necking or breakage.
Reliable Weaving and Bag Conversion
Tape denier, tensile strength, elongation, loom behavior, fabric appearance, coating, printing and seam performance determine whether the grade is commercially usable.
