Filler Masterbatch for PP Spunbond Nonwoven
Spunbond nonwoven is a fine-filtration and filament-forming process. XINYU evaluates selected general, non-medical applications through melt cleanliness, pressure behavior, filament continuity, web formation and bonding response.
What This Application Requires
Clean Passage through the Spin System
Carrier compatibility, mineral system, dispersion and moisture condition must suit the filters, metering pump, spin pack and spinneret used on the line.
Continuous Filament Formation
Throughput, melt pressure, quench air, drawing and laydown must remain stable without unacceptable filament breaks, deposits or web nonuniformity.
Fabric Performance after Bonding
Basis weight, visual uniformity, bonding window, tensile and elongation in both directions, handle and converting behavior determine acceptance.
Relevant XINYU Product Directions
PP Filler Masterbatch for Non-woven Fabric
For selected general PP spunbond nonwoven trials where filtration, spinneret passage, filament continuity, web uniformity, bonding and fabric strength require close control.
What to Review During a Trial
Provide the PP grade and MFR, additive package, target basis weight, line speed, filtration arrangement and spinneret information.
01
Record pressure and pressure rise, filter or spin-pack life, filament breaks, deposits, quench and draw stability and web formation.
02
Hold throughput and bonding settings stable long enough to compare web uniformity and fabric properties.
03
Review basis-weight profile, defects, tensile, elongation, bonding response, surface and downstream conversion.
04
What to Share with XINYU
Send the PP resin, line configuration, target basis weight, current pressure or filament issue and fabric tests. XINYU will assess the relevant nonwoven grade direction for a controlled trial.
Review a Spunbond Trial
Share the spin system, filtration arrangement and fabric requirement so the discussion starts from filament formation and web quality.
