Masterbatch for Sheet, Board and General Extrusion
Sheet and profile quality is created across feeding, melt preparation, die flow, cooling and downstream fabrication. XINYU matches PE and PP filler masterbatch to the material system, width, gauge and performance required after conversion.
What This Application Requires
Stable Flow across the Die
Feeding, screw condition, screen pack and die temperature must deliver manageable pressure and consistent melt distribution across the product width.
Gauge, Edge and Flatness Control
Die-lip setting, drawdown, roll temperatures, nip condition and line speed influence cross-web thickness, edge behavior, curl and flatness.
Performance after Fabrication
Cutting, welding, thermoforming, printing, lamination or assembly can expose weaknesses that are not visible in the original sheet.
Relevant XINYU Product Directions
Sheet Extrusion PE Filler Masterbatch
For PE sheet, board and general flat-die extrusion where melt pressure, thickness profile, surface, flatness and downstream fabrication define approval.
01
Sheet Extrusion PP Filler Masterbatch
For PP sheet and flat extrusion where crystallization, die flow, roll temperature, gauge, flatness, surface, impact and downstream forming define approval.
02
Recycled PE Filler Masterbatch
For recycled PE processing where feedstock variation, existing mineral content, filtration, pressure, surface and downstream performance require a controlled formulation route.
03
Recycled PP Filler Masterbatch
For recycled PP conversion where MFR variation, mixed polymer, existing ash, degradation, filtration and the final injection, raffia or extrusion route must be reviewed together.
04
CaCO₃ Filler Masterbatch
The general selection entry for calcium-carbonate-filled PE and PP processing, used to route an inquiry by polymer, equipment, process and finished-product requirement.
05
What to Review During a Trial
Confirm the polymer, recycled ratio, formula, target width and gauge, output, die and roll-stack arrangement.
01
Record feeder stability, motor load, melt pressure, screen changes, die-lip condition, roll temperatures, line speed and edge trim.
02
Map thickness across the width and review surface, flatness and curl after cooling.
03
Test the properties required by the fabricated product, such as stiffness, tensile response, impact, forming or welding behavior.
04
What to Share with XINYU
Send the PE or PP formula, sheet or profile specification, line layout, current pressure or gauge issue and downstream operation. XINYU will route the inquiry to the relevant extrusion grade direction.
Review Your Extrusion Requirement
Share the product dimensions, line arrangement and downstream process so the trial protects both extrusion stability and fabrication performance.
